Received within two weeks in an outstanding crate. Reviewers' suggestions followed regarding handles and wiring. Pull rope would not budge and tech rep at Swisher was CLUELESS. Local B&S repairman knew immediately that a machine shipped with oil had to have been tipped in the crating/shipping process filling the cylinder with oil. I removed the spark plug, pulled the starter rope(now EASY) spewing the oil from the cylinder into a cloth, and had it running in 5 minutes. The Swishser went through 1/4 mile of Nantucket thicket like NOTHING.
